Purchased a Ford Fiesta from SD Auto Group, Sean was friendly and put no pressure on me to purchase the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle and Sean delivered it himself the next day! I do live very local, so I assume this won’t be common practice. Sean was very professional and organised with the paperwork and the handover was seamless.

Unfortunately, after having the car 8 weeks there was a slight mechanical issue which could not have been pre-empted by myself or SD Auto Group. Luckily, the excellent customer service at SD Auto Group responded to me on a regular basis and worked with me to get the issue resolved. This is the best car garage I have purchased a vehicle from and will become a very successful business over the years.

Great service from Sean. I booked an appointment at very short notice and this was no problem for him.
The car was in very good condition (as advertised) and all the paperwork was in order. We gave the car a good inspection then had an extended test drive to really get a feel for it.
I agreed to buy it, got a good price and Sean was very quick to respond to email over the next couple of days to arrange insurance, tax, collection etc. - stress free!

Sean allowed us to view the car at short notice, was very helpful, honest, and not at all pushy. He let us look at the car at our own leisure and handed over all the information that we required. This resulted in a sale of a low mileage, one owner Ford KA, and a very happy daughter.
